and understand some of the benefits, terms, and conditions of renting a Villa at Nail
Bay. Also you will find some questions that will guide you through the decision and
reservation process. As you move forward and develop any specific questions please

| What are the price ranges of the Nail Bay Villas? |
| The prices are broken down into three categories: Summer - April 16 to Dec 14,
Winter - Jan 5 to April 15, and Christmas - Dec 15 - Jan 4. The villa rental prices
are listed per night. Many of our villas have cost saving alternatives by renting larger
villas that have more bedrooms, but only paying for the portion of the villa that you wish
to use. Keep in mind there are minimum stay requirements depending on the season
you are traveling. Rates are subject to a 7% government tax and 10% service except for Mooney Bay Rate which is Subject to 7% government tax and 15% service charge. Prices are also subject to change without notice. Summer (April 16 to Dec 14) $185 to $972 per night
Winter (Jan 5 to April 15) $240 - $1,357 per night
Christmas (Dec 15 - Jan 4) $295 - $1,250 per night

| How is the price determined? |
Each villa is privately owned and the pricing criteria will vary from villa by villa. Factors
that the owners take into consideration include the location, quality, the number of
bedrooms, element of privacy, pool, amenities, popularity, and inclusive services.

| What is included? |
Amenities and services may vary slightly from villa to villa so be sure to check the
individual villa description and matrix for a full review and comparison for the villa you
are interested in. In general, the price includes the following with each villa rental:
- Maid Service 6 days per week excluding Sundays and public holidays
- Air Conditioning
- TV, CD Player, VCR/DVD, iPod docks
- Internet Access
- Tennis Racquets & Balls
- Beach Chairs
- Beach Towels
- Natural Organic Bath Supplies - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap.
- Hair Dryers
- Alto Grande Regular and Decaf coffee

| What are some of the additional costs associated with renting a villa? |
| Renting a villa has many of the same costs as any travel adventure such as
transportation to get there, car rental, food, and activities. Obviously, there are many
personal variables that determine what the total cost will be, but there are some other
factors to consider such as use of telephones and additional laundry services. |

| What are some of the advantages of a villa versus a hotel? |
| What seems to be the biggest advantage to a majority of our clients is privacy and the
freedom of choice. A villa is a place where you can be with your family and friends
without worrying about any interference or interruptions from others. You can come and
go as you please at your own pace. It also provides you with enough space to feel
welcome and comfortable in a host of situations. You can cook in or eat out depending
on your mood or budget. The villa will allow you to customize your experience based on
your own requirements. |

| Is renting a villa at Nail Bay a problem if I am bringing children? |
| Nail Bay does not only welcome children, but encourages them to join their families. A
villa represents a wonderful opportunity for families to re-connect and take the much
needed time to simply slow life down and share time together doing fun family things.
Villas make traveling with children extremely less stressful no matter what age. Be sure
to talk to our Reservation Staff in order to guide you to the best available villa that meets
your families requirements...teenagers have different needs than young children. |

| What are the differences between a suite, apartment, and a one bedroom villa? |
| A one bedroom villa has a private pool, patio, and grounds, while a suite and apartment
have private patios, but have access to shared pools and common grounds. Some of
our suites only have have kitchenettes, with smaller dining spaces. Apartments and one
bedroom villas have larger kitchens and more space for entertaining. |

| How far in advance do I need to book the villa? |
| Villas are rented on a first come, first served basis. Many clients grow attached to
particular villas and chose to come every year and villa renting is becoming more and
more popular, therefore, the sooner you book the more choices you will have available
when you want to travel. Rule of thumb is to think six months prior to your travel dates
of choice in order to optimize your selection. |

| When do I need to put a deposit down to reserve the villa? |
| Three night deposit will be required at the time of making the reservation for summer season (April 16 to Dec 14) and for Winter and Christmas season, 50% deposit is required. The balance will be due 60 days prior to your date of occupancy. During the Christmas/New Year period it is due no later than October 1st. In the event you make a reservation after October 1st for the upcoming Christmas/New Year full payment is required at the time of your reservation. |

| When is the final payment due? |
| The balance of your payment is due 60 days prior to your date of occupancy. During
the Christmas/New Year period it is due no later than October 1st. In the event you
make a reservation after October 1st for the upcoming Christmas/New Year full payment
is required at the time of your reservation. |

| What are the forms of payment I can use? |
| Credit cards are the easiest form of payment - American Express, Master Card, and
Visa. Personal or business checks are also accepted but will need approval by the
General Manager. |

| What are the cancellation fees? |
| All changes for bookings and cancellations must be received in writing: by fax, email or mail. A 20% cancellation fee (On the TOTAL RENT) will be charged on ALL cancellations occurring 61DAYS or MORE prior to arrival date. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged on cancellation made 46-60 DAYS prior to arrival date. If your cancellation is received within 45 DAYS of your arrival date, there will be NO REFUND. There will be no refund granted for late arrivals or premature departures. For X-Mas bookings please cancel on or before October 1. We highly recommend travel insurance. |

| How many people can I bring with me? |
| Generally, for the maximum enjoyment of the villa experience it is recommended that
you bring only as many people as the villa can accommodate....general rule is two
people for every bedroom. Some of the units have pull-out couches or space for rollaway
beds so be sure to speak with our villa reservationists prior to making your plans.
Cribs are also available on request. |

| Will I need to put down a security deposit on my villa rental? |

Currently no owners have required us to collect a security deposit, but in the event there
is damage to the villa during your stay that was your responsibility... you will be charged
accordingly.

| How do I get directions to my villa? |
| Upon arriving to the Nail Bay Resort by rent-a-car or taxi simply go to the Nail Bay
Office and you will receive your keys and directions to your villa. |
| Would you recommend I purchase Travel Insurance and what is exactly covered? |
| Once you have made your reservation you are responsible for all cancellation
requirements. If for some unfortunate reason, you are forced to cancel your plans or
are delayed, this does not relieve you from your commitment to the owner. Therefore, it
might be advisable to protect yourself from these types of unexpected events. The cost
of your Travel Insurance is dependent upon the gross cost of your travel plans and the
amount of coverage you are willing to pay for. Suggestion would be to contact a travel
insurance provider. |

| Who do I contact in the event I have a problem while I am at the villa? |
| Our staff is available to assist you around the clock seven days a week. All of our
phone numbers will be provided to you when you check-in. This should give you a
tremendous peace of mind as we have a complete maintenance and housekeeping
crew to respond to your every need. |

| What services does Nail Bay provide other than booking the villa? |
| Our Reservation Staff can assist you in making reservations for a complete menu of
activities including sailing excursions, diving, fishing, swimming with Dolphins, and all
sorts of water sports. If you would like help choosing restaurants or making
reservations we have a complete list of choices to help guide you. Our staff lives on the
island and can provide a local flavor with advice concerning points of interest, location
of grocery stores, gas stations, shopping area, and a host of information that will make
your stay easier and more enjoyable. |

| Can Nail Bay help me with my air reservations? |
| Currently Nail Bay does not handle the air reservation component of your travel plans.
However, in the event you run into difficulties our Reservations Staff can assist you with
a variety of contact and phone numbers that will be of assistance. |

| Can Nail Bay help me with my Car Rental reservation? |
| Yes, our Reservations Staff can make a reservation before or during your stay at Nail
Bay. Your rental car can be delivered to the ferry dock or Virgin Gorda Airport. |

| Can Nail Bay help me with provisioning the villa in advance? |
| This is a great service to add to your “wish list”! In many cases you have traveled a
long way to get here and the last thing you might feel like doing is to go grocery
shopping. By all means, call our Reservation Staff and discuss your provisioning
needs. |

- Please consider renting a jeep while staying at Nail Bay Resort. We can arrange a jeep rental or taxi pick up if requested.
- Our Restaurant serves Breakfast Mon-Sat 8:00am - 10:00am, Lunch 11:30am - 04:30pm and Dinner 6:30pm - 09:00pm, Sunday Brunch 10:00am - 2:00pm
- Additional service of stocking the unit (s) with groceries before guest arrivals can be arranged.
- Office hours are 08:30 am to 06:00 pm.
