Nail Bay’s newest villa, Seaglass, sits 400 feet above sea level at the base of Gorda Peak, and offers panoramic views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel and almost constant trade wind breezes. Designed and landscaped for privacy and relaxation, Seaglass consists of a two-bedroom, two-bath main house and a one-bedroom guest house suite, both fully furnished, each with its own separate saline pool, patio and grill. The two units can be rented separately or together.

The main house has an open-concept living area, with a bright and airy fully-equipped kitchen with custom bamboo cabinetry, glass-infused concrete countertops and breakfast bar, a spacious living room and dining area, and is the perfect space for entertaining. A spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine, with a queen-sized futon for extra overnight guests (additional fee applies), and an outdoor balcony, perfect for stargazing and taking in amazing sunsets and views of surrounding islands. Both bedrooms open directly onto the expansive patio with pool, lounge chairs, covered outdoor dining and new tropical gardens; the master bedroom has a large, screened-in outdoor shower. Both bedrooms in the main house are air-conditioned.

Seaglass is the perfect setting for a truly rewarding and relaxing vacation, whether you spend it reading a great book by the pool, exploring the island’s many secluded beaches and other natural features or sampling local cuisine with friends and family.
